Evan Talton is the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Relias Healthcare, where he oversees administrative operations across the company’s portfolio of Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine contracts throughout Mississippi and the surrounding region. As a member of the executive leadership team, he partners with senior leaders to drive operational performance, financial results, and strategic growth across more than 35 practice sites.

Evan began his career as a Registered Nurse in the cardiac intensive care unit before transitioning into healthcare administration through roles at UAB Health System and Massachusetts General Hospital. He later held progressive leadership positions across health systems in Atlanta, managing large physician groups, multimillion-dollar budgets, and leading initiatives in staffing, clinical operations, and system integration.

He holds a Master of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama. Evan and his wife, Madison, have relocated to Mississippi and are proud to call the Jackson area home.
