Chief People Person

Libbo Crosswhite is the Chief People Person at Relias Healthcare. She leads the organization’s people strategy, focusing on employee engagement and supporting clinician initiatives. At the core of her work is a commitment to a clinician-centered mission, ensuring those who deliver care feel supported, developed, and equipped to thrive. Through her leadership, she equips teams and individuals with practical tools and frameworks to lead with clarity, consistency, and purpose. Libbo is passionate about developing people and helping organizations create environments where individuals feel seen and supported in a variety of ways. Libbo serves as a producer of the Reliably Well podcast, where she helps shape and share meaningful stories that highlight the human side of healthcare and leadership. She believes that emphasizing the humanity in healthcare is essential to both strong culture and exceptional outcomes. 

Born and raised in Mississippi, Libbo completed her undergraduate studies at Mississippi State University and earned her Master’s in Counselor Education from Mississippi College. She began her career as a school counselor and psychology instructor and continues to serve as an adjunct instructor with Belhaven University’s Psychology Department.

Libbo and her husband, Clay, live in Madison with their two children. Outside of Relias, she remains passionate about teaching, mentoring, and investing in others through leadership development and community involvement.
