North Mississippi Clinical Site Coordinator
Job PURPOSE
The NMHS Market Site Coordinator oversees Relias Healthcare’s management and staffing services for Emergency and Hospitalist Departments across North Mississippi. This role integrates clinical expertise with administrative leadership to ensure seamless operations at designated sites.
Key Responsibilities
The Coordinator approaches all duties guided by the organization’s core values, categorized as follows:
People: Prioritizing Our Team
- Serve as the primary support for Medical Directors, Lead APCs, providers, and the Practice Operations Executive, ensuring optimal program performance and efficiency.
- Act as the daily representative of Relias Healthcare, maintaining strong relationships with hospital administration and local staff.
- Assist with provider onboarding, credentialing, facility communication, and administrative engagement.
Innovation: Anticipating the Future
- Identify and implement tools, processes, and workflows to enhance provider team and facility efficiency.
- Organize and lead monthly facility scorecard meetings with Relias and facility administrative teams.

- Perform clinical duties in Emergency Department (ED) or Hospitalist settings at designated locations.
- Oversee scheduling in coordination with the Medical Director of Scheduling, Lead APCs, and Medical Directors.

- Monitor and manage deficiencies in collaboration with Relias billing partners.
- Handle payroll tasks for designated sites.

Qualifications
Education:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Experience:
- 3–5 years of healthcare experience preferred, with a clinical background in ED and Hospitalist settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Work Location:
- Flexible, with a preference for North Mississippi.
