  • Fellowship Application Requirements

    • Completion of CCNE or ACEN accredited nurse practitioner program or an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program
    • Board Certified as a family nurse practitioner or physician assistant
    • ACLS Certification
    • PALS Certification
    • ATLS Certification or scheduled to be completed by end of the program
    • Two letters of recommendation
    • Current Curriculum Vitae
    • A one-page personal letter of intent

     

    All applications will be reviewed fairly and without any bias by the selection committee and the most suitable candidates will be chosen based on best fit between the candidate and the fellowship.
