Tupelo, MS – (December 4th, 2024) – Relias Healthcare is proud to announce the appointment of Heidi Blanchard as the new Senior Director of Recruiting and Staffing Optimization. With more than 15 years of healthcare experience across Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine in more than 13 states, Heidi brings a wealth of expertise and a track record of success to her new role.
Before joining Relias, Heidi served as Director of Staffing Fulfillment and Optimization and Vice President of Staffing at SCP Health. Her ability to turn around struggling operations and build high-performing teams has earned her accolades throughout her career, including awards for Grit and MVP.

Heidi’s decision to join Relias Healthcare was inspired by the company’s collaborative approach and vibrant culture. “I am so excited to work with this group of leaders and the excitement they have for what they are doing! Beyond her professional accomplishments, Heidi is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers with Healing House and serves on the board of Foster the Love Louisiana, organizations dedicated to supporting children and families in need.

Outside of work and her community involvement, Heidi finds joy in watching her daughter wrestle, sharing Sunday family dinners, and enjoying date nights with her husband. An avid outdoorswoman, she finds peace in the woods in her deer stand. Above all, Heidi treasures her role as a mom to her three children and two dogs.

Heidi’s dedication to both professional growth and personal passions reflects her balanced and dynamic leadership style. Her extensive experience in Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine aligns closely with Relias Healthcare’s specialties in these areas, making her an invaluable addition to the team.
