What you’ll do
Over 12 months, you’ll rotate through key areas of practice operations, including:
Clinical site operations
Coordinate schedules, optimize staffing workflows, and shadow medical directors to understand operational impact at the bedside.
Centralized support functions
Learn how our Centralized Operations team manages multi-site coverage, provider onboarding, and real-time resource deployment.
Data-driven performance
Analyze practice metrics and dashboards to support executive decision-making, continuous improvement, and patient experience initiatives.
Strategic growth projects
Contribute to hospital partnership development, new site launches, and cross-functional innovation pilots.
