Kelly Griffin serves as Practice Operations Executive, where she leads the company’s Staffing and Recruitment Department and oversees all Go-Live implementations across the organization. As a key member of the executive team, Kelly collaborates closely with new partners to stabilize and strengthen provider teams and ensure successful program launches. She is responsible for directing recruitment strategy and managing staffing operations.  

Kelly brings a diverse and well-rounded background in both clinical care and healthcare operations. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, gaining firsthand experience in high-acuity patient care. She later transitioned into healthcare IT, where she specialized in electronic medical record (EMR) implementations and provider education, supporting clinicians through system transitions and workflow optimization. 

Kelly joined Relias Healthcare in 2019, where she initially oversaw operations within the NMHS market. Through her strong leadership and operational expertise, she grew her role to oversee site operations across the organization and has successfully launched 20 new sites during her time at Relias. Her experience across clinical and operational areas enables her to align provider teams with organization goals and drive consistent results.  

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women. 

Kelly resides in Baldwyn, Mississippi, with her husband, Gaston, and their three children. Outside of work, Kelly spends much of her time at the ballfields supporting her children in their many sports and enjoys gardening and being outdoors.
