ED/Hospitalist Hybrid Models

When a provider completes our EM Fellowship they are uniquely trained to manage both EM and HM Patients. Physicians who have completed the Relias Healthcare EM Fellowship have completed a residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine prior to their EM Training. Relias Healthcare offers our partners a Hybrid model where the provider manages both the ED and the inpatient setting.

This model is most functional in Emergency Departments with <20,000 volume where the provider can safely manage both EM and HM Environments with backup from our Telehealth team and APC’s.
