HOW WE STARTED
2014
Founded in 2014 by a group of emergency physicians, following nearly two years of collaboration with a regional health system to better align clinician needs with hospital priorities.
The company officially launched with a focus on:
- People-first leadership
- Operational excellence
- Local engagement
HOW WE GREW
2016
RH became the sole emergency medicine practice management partner for the largest non-metropolitan hospital in the U.S. This milestone marked the beginning of continued growth across Mississippi and the surrounding region.
Since then, we’ve built a reputation for:
- Improving clinical performance
- Revitalizing underperforming programs
- Forming trusted partnerships with hospitals of all sizes
WHERE WE ARE NOW
Today
Today, RH is focused on delivering unscheduled care with purpose and consistency.
We’re there for patients on the day no one plans to see a doctor. Our values-driven culture puts people first:
- Clinicians are our priority
- Hospitals are our partners
- Patients are our purpose
- People are our passion
WHAT’S NEXT
Where We’re Heading
Our Mission
To cultivate environments where clinicians thrive and practice quality, reliable care, while providing our health system partners innovative solutions that achieve outcomes beyond what could be accomplished independently.
Our Vision
Relias Healthcare will be the standard for care delivery in our region, where every clinician aspires to join us, every hospital seeks to partner with us, and every patient places their trust in us. No matter what. No matter when.
What Drives Us Forward
We’ve come a long way since 2014. But growth isn’t our only measure of success. What matters most is how we show up each day, for clinicians, hospitals, patients, and one another.

LEADERSHIP
Our Team
Relias Healthcare’s leaders get it. Both our CEO and CMO got their start as unit secretaries in an Emergency Department and steer the company with the understanding that successful patient and family centered healthcare can only be achieved when the entire provider team is valued and given the resources they need.
