Relias Healthcare is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Gray as the new Executive of Ventures and Innovation. In this role, Ashley will lead strategic ventures aligning with emerging healthcare trends, manage the outpatient clinic portfolio including Ouch! Urgent Care and Arise Psychiatry, and generate innovative opportunities through business development. Ashley’s leadership contribution will further Relias Healthcare’s mission to provide exceptional care and service to its communities.

Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in healthcare management, with more than 10 years of experience building expertise in hospital operations, growth, patient and physician experience, strategy and community partnerships. Ashley was named a Top 40 Under 40 Business Leader in Mississippi. She joins Relias from her most recent role as Regional Director of Practice Operations at Kids Dental.
