Relias Healthcare was recently recognized as one of the Top 3 fastest growing organizations in the UAB Alumni Excellence 2021 Class. CEO, Luke West, MSHA, and ACMO, Blake Lovely, MD, both UAB Alumni, were awarded this honor and were inducted into the 2021 Excellence in Business Top 25 Class of 2021 at the ceremony. 

Additionally, Relias Healthcare was awarded the 2021 UAB Excellence in Business Top 25 Class. This award program is designed to recognize and celebrate the success of UAB alumni business leaders.

The Top 25 Annual Award Program is designed to recognize and celebrate successes of UAB alumni business leaders. Each company awarded must have been founded, owned or managed by a UAB graduate, have been in operation for a minimum of three years and have verifiable revenues exceeding $150,000 for its recent yearly reporting period.

Says UAB of this distinction:

“The UAB Excellence in Business Top 25 awards were designed to identify, recognize, and celebrate the
success of UAB alumni-owned and UAB alumni-managed businesses. Through this program, the UAB
National Alumni Society (NAS) is excited to introduce our ninth class of recipients.
In order to be eligible for this prestigious award, UAB alumni and their companies must meet several
criteria. The company has to be owned, managed, or founded by a UAB graduate or group of UAB
graduates who:
• Own 50 percent or more of the company during the most recent eligibility period,
• Serve on the most senior leadership or regional/division leadership team during
the eligible period, or
• Founded the company and remain an active member of the senior leadership team
during the eligible period.”
